Contacting us does not create a client relationship until both parties agree in writing (email is fine) on scope and commercial terms.

Site design, copy, and branding are owned by Tbilisi Software unless noted. Do not copy the site wholesale for competing marketing.

The site is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made solely from marketing materials. Client work liability is defined in the project contract.
